REGIS-TR is a fully operational central trade repository for OTC derivatives transactions across multiple product classes and jurisdictions serving both financial and non-financial institutions. It has global scope and will provide registration for exchange derivatives transactions in addition to OTC.
It will be a one-stop-registry for the full range of OTC derivatives offering value-added products such as exposure management while supporting efficient collateralisation.
REGIS-TR is headquartered in Luxembourg and was launched jointly by Clearstream and Iberclear.
